*Ingredients
°750 ml (3 c) macaroni
°2 carrot
°3 stalk celery
°1 red pepper
°1 375 ml jar of small sweet pickles
°2 green onions
°500 ml ham, cut into cubes
°cheddar, cubed
+For dressing:
°160 ml (2/3 c) mayonnaise
°30 ml (2 tbsp.) vinaigrette
°30 ml (2 tbsp.) mustard
°10 ml (2 tsp. ) garlic powder
*Methods
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta al dente. Drain. Rinsing with cold water, drain again also let cool.
Grate carrots. Diced celery & bell pepper. Drain pickles, taking care to reserving 30 ml (2 tsp) of pickle preservation liquid. Cutting pickles to rings also chop green onions.
In bowl, whisking vinaigrette ingredients with reserved pickle liquid.
Placing pasta in bowl salad. Adding vegetables, ham, cheese also dressing. Blend well
