Strawberry Cheesecake

 



* ingredients :


°1 pack (8 oz) soft cream cheese

°1 cup (8 oz) sour cream

°1/2 c cold milk

°1 pack (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

°1 carton (12 ounces) whipped cream, frozen and thawed

°1-1/2 c butter-flavor cracker 

°1/4 c melt butter

°2 cans (21 ounces) strawberry pie filling


 *Methods :


In bowl, beating cream cheese to smooth. Beat in sour cream. Blending well.

In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixture on low speed for 2 minutes. Stirring with cream cheese mixture. Fold in skin.

In bowl, mixing biscuits with butter.

In 2-1/2-qt. Truffle bowl, layer half of cream cheese mix, rusk also pie filling. Repeat layers. Put it in the fridge until serving.
