Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat the bottom and sides of a medium baking tray with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2: I put ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a mixing bowl and mix everything together by hand

Step 3: Next, I seasoned the meatballs with sea salt and black pepper and began to shape them with an ice cream spoon.

Step 4: Next, I heated the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat for no more than 1 minute.

Step 5: Next, I put the meatballs into the pan one by one and cooked them for a maximum of 5 minutes until both sides were brown.

Step 6: Next, I transferred the meatballs to the prepared skillet, which had been lined with parchment paper, and grilled for about 12 minutes.

Step 7: Cut an oval on the top of the roll, leaving about 12 inches on the ends and sides. I scooped out the bottom half of the lap but didn't cut it.

Step 8: Using a knife, I unroll the end of the roll and place it on the prepared baking tray.

Step 9: I inserted one piece of cheese into the hollow position at this point. In microwave, I cook for other 8 min.

Step 10: Then I put 2 tablespoons in the mixture. On top of the cheese, there is a layer of marinara sauce. Then I put the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the marinara.

Step 11: Then return it to the oven for another 8 minutes to bake.

Enjoy !
