* Ingredients :
°1 cup melted butter
°1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
°2 cups all-purpose flour
°2 cups of sugar
°4 large eggs, lightly beaten
°1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
+Icing
°1/4 cup butter, softened
°1/4 cup milk
°1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
°3 cups icing sugar
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* Methods :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9 x 13 inch pan with foil. Spraying aluminum with nonstick cook spray.
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and 1/2 cup cocoa powder until smooth.
Adding rest brownie ingredients & stir to mixed.
Pour batter to prepared pan also baking for 25 to 30 min.
Let the brownies cool for 15 minutes then frost. (They should still be a bit warm when you frost them.)
To make the frosting, use an electric mixer to beat together all the frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread frosting over brownies.
