*Ingredients (4 people):
°1 cauliflower
°5 garlic cloves
°150 grams quality slices
°1 bunch chives
°2 tablespoons of mustard
°1 packet of honey
°1 or 2 cans of mayonnaise
°A few drops of lemon juice
°salt pepper
*Preparation:
Cook your cauliflower, be careful not for too long because it should still be quite firm.
Drain, permit cool & cut to small pieces.
Chop the garlic cloves and chop the cheese into small squares. Chop the chives.
In a salad bowl, put broccoli, garlic, cheese and chives, add honey, mustard, mayonnaise, a few drops of lemon juice, marjoram, salt and pepper and mix. Refrigerate about at least 1 h .
