Best Fried Green Tomato Recipe (Easy to Prepare!)
*Ingredients :
°2 large green tomatoes
°2 eggs and ½ cup (125 ml) milk
°1/2 cup (125 ml) flour
°1/2 cup (125 ml) corn flour
°1/2 cup (125 ml) breadcrumbs
°1 teaspoon salt
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°Canola oil for frying
*Preparation:
Remove the pulp and cut the tomatoes into slices. In a bowl, mix milk and eggs. In another bowl, put the flour. Then, in a third bowl, mix the cornmeal, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip the tomatoes in the egg mixture, then in the flour and finally in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over high heat or in a deep frying pan. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Enjoy!
