 How to prepare

 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.


 Whisk the cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg yolk, lemon zest and salt until the ingredients are combined and the mixture becomes smooth.

 Spread the puff pastry pieces in an oiled tray, then brush the puff pastry pieces with oil with a brush.


 Spread the cream cheese over each piece of puff pastry, then spread the jam.

 Shape the dough squares from the edges so that the filling is in the middle.


 Put the tray in the oven for 25 minutes, then remove and leave to cool.

 Mix the powdered sugar with the milk until a smooth and creamy liquid is formed. Spread the mixture with a spoon in the form of lines on the baked danish and serve.
