3. The oval face
If you want to restore your face shape to a smaller look and stretch your cheeks up, do the following exercise: Turn your head to the left, and pull the lower jaw forward, straining your neck muscles. You should feel the muscles to the left of your neck and stretch. Then turn your head to the right and make the same move. Repeat 5 times on each side.
4. "Giraffe Kiss"
Imagine you need to kiss a giraffe (or a very tall person).
Raise your face, and look at the ceiling. Bring your lower jaw slightly forward, and dry your lips as if you were going to kiss someone. If you do the exercise properly, you should feel very tense in your neck. Hold this position for 5 to 8 seconds and then leave it. Repeat 5 times.
5. Resistance
For this exercise, you need to make two fists and place them directly under your chin. Then start moving your lower jaw slightly down over your fists, and tighten your muscles while overcoming resistance. The compressive strength should increase gradually. When you reach the maximum resistance, wait 3 seconds. Then relax, and repeat the exercise 5-7 times.
